Roles and Responsibilities
Performing the Routine Bookkeeping Duties
Recording of Financial Transactions.
Reconciliations such as Bank, Vendor and Customer Accounts
Accounts Receivable, Risk Analysis and Management of Receivables.
Accounts Payable, Managing Advances Paid to Suppliers
Asset & Inventory Management.
Performance Analysis of Departments, Business Units, Cost Centers.
Generating MIS Reports.
Periodical – Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Closing Assignments.
Should Possess Basic Knowledge of Preparing Financial Statements.
Liaising and Assisting in Internal Audit and Statutory Audits.
Any Other Relevant Matter as Decided by the Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Basic Knowledge of Accounting Concepts and Preparation of Financial Statements
Candidate must be Hardworking and Willing to Work on a Long-Term Basis,
One who can take Responsibility and can Handle the Work Independently Under
Minimal Guidance.
An Ideal Candidate will be one having M.Com/B.Com Degree with 2-3 years of
experience in similar roles.
Candidate having hands on experience in working with Accounting ERP software
like Tally. Microsoft NAV, SAP, Zoho, etc. is also desirable.
Excellent communication Skills-Oral and written
Attention to detail, Relationship building,
Multitasking, Time management, Patience.
