Job overview:

Here at Kindly, we are looking for young and highly motivated Business Development Executives to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident, possess excellent communication skills, and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responding promptly to the customer inquiries
• The transition of unverified leads to verified customers
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
• Manage sales pipeline
• Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly competitive setting.
• The candidate should be fluent in Kannada, Hindi, English
• Strong communication and people skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
