Job Description
Job Location: Chennai
Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Computer Science
Years of Experience: 1-3 years
Description:Support and resolve IT and systems related issues reported by employees.Should have knowledge in Windows system, MAC, and Linux.Should have knowledge of Active Directory.Interface with other Core Services teams to solve complex issues.Maintain accurately and updated IT Asset Management inventory to keep track of the
equipment we have.
Firewall ManagementCCTV/Biometric/Printer Configuration and Maintenance
Qualifications
Maintaining & Updating IT Security policies according to the incidence and standard.Provide L2 & L3 support to the technical problems faced by the users inside the
premises.
Liaise with vendors to solve the issues in IT Infrastructure if any.Planning & executing the preventive maintenance of the IT hardware’s.Creating & maintaining the IT inventory.Routine monitoring and pro-actively solving stopping the incident.Keeping all documented and updated to IT Manager to avoid one point contact
bottleneck.
