What you will Do:
· Acting as a point of interaction and influence, will supervise and take responsibility for the successful delivery of all the software services delivery engagements (multiple projects and service offerings) for a client account, with a large cross-functional, globally distributed team
- Responsible for the account realizing outcomes across delivery (quality and schedule), commercials (profitability/ gross margin), compliance (contractual, and engineering), and engagement (customer satisfaction and people engagement)
- Drives business growth by farming for new opportunities and supporting leadership in the Identification and assessment of opportunity, building and maintaining a healthy pipeline, pursuing and be part of the complete lifecycle until winning the projects
- Monitoring the competition and maintaining contacts with all relevant internal customer departments teams, building customer confidence, understanding and mapping customer organization
- Manages senior stakeholder (internal and external) expectations with clear and timely communication and reporting
- Manages escalations and supports Leadership in managing critical risks and issues in projects
- Trusted delivery partner for the customers who proactively engage with customers to enhance the business value delivered through Knoldus’ services and solutions
- Support the Sr. Leadership for setting up new delivery teams or projects for the customer in collaboration with relevant stakeholder groups across Knoldus and the client organization
Who you are:
- Exposure to Account Management, Delivery Management, and Business development
- You are good at identifying market drivers and passionate to serve your customer
- Excellent Presentation and Negotiation skills
- Ability to act on own and takes initiative
- Communicates clearly and with an inclusive style
- You are a real team player who is interested in the motives and behaviors of colleagues and drives collaboration.
- Proficiency in Google suite applications
- Strong analytical skills, and organizational skills
- MBA degree in Strategy and Leadership or General Management from the reputed college
- No more than two years of working experience and you have preferably demonstrated interest in the Service Industry of previous experience in IT industry
