Job Role: Financial Analyst

Job Location: Bangalore

Primary Purpose: Updating load details, shipping details, BOL, Weight information or invoice details in accounting system

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Account Maintenance: Undeliverable email contact updates
• Invoice processing: Processing vendor invoice
• Order Management: Updating owners on orders or deals, Expiring orders and deals
• Transactional Accounting: Processing BOLs for vendors
• WeightInvoice Request: Vendor Missing Invoice/BOL requests.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Interaction with stake holders as and when required.
• Review and Updating DTP’s on a periodically.

Education: Bachelor of Commerce

Work Experience:

• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Account Receivable process.
• Expertise in MS Office Suite specifically Excel & Outlook
• Experience in working on Generic Mailbox

Skills & Abilities:

• Effective communication – both written and spoken.
• With positive attitude, being a team player.
• Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High degree of integrity, both personally and professionally
• Ability to express ideas, opinion, and analysis in a clear, coherent, and logical manner.
• Understand and deliver on the agreed SLA’s and KPI’s. Should possess good interpersonal and excellent time management skills.
