RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Candidate should be Accountable for his day – day goals and capable of handling his task smartly.
• Do daily basis updating and keep track of all active leads and ensure towards closure as per the manager’s guidance.
• Responsible for assisting the sales team, customers and developing opportunities for the sales team through given sales leads. Attending in-bound and making out-bound calls to prospective clients
• Briefing the customers on project USPs thoroughly.
• Scheduling and conducting meetings with the customers- Understanding the needs of customers and offering solutions accordingly.
• Collecting customer feedback, market research and keeping up to date with new products launches
• Good at customer follow-up
• Should keep the record of feedback-mails/phones

Educational & Skill-Set Qualifiers:

• Education – Any Graduation.
• Experience – 0-2 years(freshers can apply)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.
• Languages – English & Hindi speaking mandatory, Kannada preferred,
• Timing Login between 9:30AM – 6:30 PM
• Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekdays.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹480,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
