Fullfillment Centre Manager – Male.

5- 10 years of experience with warehouse background.

Responsibilities include Setting-up, Team-building & Managing E-commerce Warehouse & Fulfillment centre operations in Bangalore.

• Coordinating and setting up a fullfillment centre
• Taking ownership of complete Warehouse Operations
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse & transportation
• Being capable of screening qualified candidates to build an operations team including pickers & packers.
• Implementing operational policies and procedures as well as overseeing security operations
• Motivating and disciplining staff.
• Coordinating and monitoring receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods
• Must regularly communicate with Head office to ensure quality and delivery standards are upheld.
• Keeping stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
• Handling a team of packers to ensure smooth operations and workflow
• Material/Inventory Control and management
• Stocking of inventory and Ensuring stock accuracy Put away / Picking strategies
• Team Management / Inward management / Outward Management / Inventory Management
• Ensuring proper documentation and updating of records at FC.
• Ensuring smooth operation and Allocating and managing staff resource
• Efficiently managing setup layout and ensuring efficient space utilization

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
