PRODUCT OWNER

We are looking for motivated and driven Product Owner to join our team.
The Product Owner role is an important role for the Orderhive Product Platform. The goal of the role is to make sure that we deliver high quality, differentiated, software in a fast and predictable way. The role engages with customers, product managers, user experience designers, scrum teams and multiple stakeholders to execute on product strategies.
The role is a champion for the processes that we use to deliver product enhancements to our customers, with a clear focus on the Product Owner responsibilities. The Product Owner is responsible for creating plans for delivering on product strategies, prioritising development work, and actively adapting to any changes in priorities or market needs.

If so, here’s what you’ll do in this role:
Translating product manager’ strategies into tasks for the development team
Creating and managing backlog for the module
Research, and specification writing
Initiation and monitoring of the requirements development
Ensuring requirements are clear and understood by all required (in collaboration with other roles)
Review/discuss the task list created by developers to ensure that all requirements are covered
Take part in developers stands up, clarification meetings, review of the tasks execution, testing
Monitoring the actual tasks performance with the planned activities
Post development maintenance
User Acceptance Testing
Test cases review
Providing training: trainer, QA team
KB articles review
Assisting support and sales teams
Product Discovery –
Involved with discovery efforts led by the product managers and user experience designers
Responsible for transparently sharing this information with the scrum teams and feeding their input back into the discovery process
Work with UX to prototype features, and help drive customer testing efforts
Product Delivery –
The Product Owner will be responsible for prioritising development efforts for new features and actively managing and refining the ordered backlog of product priorities.
The Product Owner will be responsible for communicating the delivery status and the projected timelines internally.
The Product Owner will always be looking for ways to improve the quality and productivity of the scrum team.
Ensures Product Documentation and Training is aligned with feature delivery to product a great customer experience when launched
Ensuring the product features are correctly scoped to assist in outcome delivery and tracking metrics
Product Launch –
Actively drive and present product plans and reviews, demos, with internal teams, partners, and executive leadership.
Help lead go-to-market activities, working closely with marketing to ensure new products and features are released to market with high customer uptake.
Ensures product launches are risk mitigated and tested by customer cohorts before being made generally available
Here’s what you’ll bring with you:
Proven experience as a product Owner or similar role
Ability to quickly come up to speed with a complex industry and wide feature set
Ability to operate calmly in fast paced and dynamic environment
Background in Agile product development
Excellent communication skills
Ability to analyze customer and team feedback to develop strategies and plans to deliver customer outcomes
Ability to think critically, analytically and practically
Strong organisational skills
Experience with SAAS based products and Telemetry analysis
