Customer acquisition through referrals from existing customers.
Graduates with total experience of 1-3 years with relevant exp of atleast 1 year in financial services or banks.
Equal blend of service and sales orientation. In the absence of equality, sales orientation as a skew will be acceptable.
Experienced customer service candidates from financial services ( those from MFund, securities houses etc) with sales orientation can be considered.
