JD of Team Leader
- Achieve target at the assigned dealership
- Make sure that the pdd is with norms and infant is collected
- Recruit and maintain the required DST
- Ensure that the Team target is achieved
- Ensure proper service to Counters service by the team including Disbursement and Payout
- Ensure that the team is ensuring collection of Pdd and Infant
- Ensure proper follow up of Direct leads assigned and feedback provided
- Ensure proper reporting of Self and Team activities to Supervisor
- Ensure proper implementation of Campaigns
- Ensure proper implementation of schemes launched from time to time
- Ensure that no company data/mis is shared with competition in any manner
