JD of Team Leader

  • Achieve target at the assigned dealership
  • Make sure that the pdd is with norms and infant is collected
  • Recruit and maintain the required DST
  • Ensure that the Team target is achieved
  • Ensure proper service to Counters service by the team including Disbursement and Payout
  • Ensure that the team is ensuring collection of Pdd and Infant
  • Ensure proper follow up of Direct leads assigned and feedback provided
  • Ensure proper reporting of Self and Team activities to Supervisor
  • Ensure proper implementation of Campaigns
  • Ensure proper implementation of schemes launched from time to time
  • Ensure that no company data/mis is shared with competition in any manner
