Hands-on experience in hiring.
Customer-focused, react well to changes, work with teams, and able to multi-task.
Must be a proven performer and team player that enjoys challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast-growing, and start-up workplace.
Must be a self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance and in a fluid environment.
Performs assigned tasks related to planning, scheduling and implementing.
Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.
Provides support to help maintain solid relations with employees.
Administration including calendaring, arranging meetings, meeting preparation, preparation of expense reports, errands, and other duties as assigned.
Managing & maintaining the office supply needs for the Company.
Other projects & administrative tasks.
Works mostly independently but receives basic instruction on specific assignments and possible solutions.
