General Shift (11 to 8pm).
•Curriculum Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers from US to develop and update training curricula that align with organizational goals and objectives.
•Curriculum Review: Extensive reading and analysis of document prepared by US L&D. Evaluate training materials, courses, and programs to ensure alignment with learning objectives, instructional design principles, and industry best practices.
•Preparation of mapping file: Responsible for ensuring that all employees are mapped correctly according to their BU and their skill requirements.
•Working on Master sheets: Developing and maintaining master sheets for the curriculums you manage, which include detailed information about the curriculum content, learning objectives, and instructional materials.
•Working on Agenda: Collaborating with instructional designers to create agenda for the programs you manage, outlining the learning outcomes and objectives for each session or module.
•CPE Calculations: Calculating Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits for the programs you manage, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and obtaining necessary approvals.
•Content Evaluation: Evaluate the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of training content, ensuring it meets the needs of the target audience and supports desired learning outcomes.
•Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts: Work closely with subject matter experts to gather input, validate content accuracy, and ensure that the curriculum reflects current industry trends and best practices.
•Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as department heads, business leaders, and HR teams, to understand their training needs and obtain their input and approval for curriculum development.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of curriculum development activities, including version control, change logs, and approval records. Prepare regular reports on curriculum development progress and outcomes for management review.
