Key Deliverables of the Role
Drive office support in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Manage correspondence – includes mails and emails
Composes mails, letters and memoranda in response to queries
Taking dictations and drafting of mails
Managing diary and meetings
Co-ordinating and organizing meetings
Travel management – booking travel tickets, booking hotel accommodation, preparing travel itinerary (international and domestic)
Coordinating Board member’s travel/hotel stay/local transportation
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
Excellent Knowledge of Excel/Word/ Power-point
Drafting of mails independently
Effective planning and organizing skills
Knowledge of travel, hotel & restaurant reservations.
