Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of our marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the audit marketing team
• Obtain competitive insights as part of the campaign development process
• Work with audit marketing team to develop and deploy social media posts with a focus on creating consistently high-quality assets which enhance our brand and have a significant impact on driving web traffic
• Ensure effective project and stakeholder management
• Coordinate and work alongside audit marketing and to ensure marketing alignment on all assets and channel activation
• Reach out to AGFNs to understand their current / upcoming “marketing” initiatives (events, etc.)
• Support the engagement of business and marketing stakeholders in the development and approval of marketing campaigns.
• Manage the requirements of our processes across deliverables including brand, risk, and data management policies.
• Create custom reports as needed to facilitate a deep dive into campaign metrics
• Deliver lead reporting and support the coordination of lead generation processes
• Operationalize processes and actively contribute towards driving efficiencies across processes
• Support the activation and internal engagement for campaigns including developing internal launch plans and communications.
• Event logistical support (in-person and webcasts) – submit orchestrate forms, manage FRV watch events including submission of CPEs, pull target lists, post event reporting, etc.
• Internal portal support + knowledge management support (updating content on channels)

Educational Qualifications

• BA university degree or equivalent
• Professional marketing qualification (MBA or equivalent) preferred

Work Experience

• 3 to 4 years of Business experience in a similar role for a large multinational company (Experience in a professional services firm would be an advantage). Experience in B2B marketing will be an advanta

Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills

• Experience with marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, Google & Bing Ads and tools including management and setting up campaigns in solutions such as Salesforce.
• Project management techniques & tools for marketing programmes
• Development, forecasting and report of campaign budgets
• Strong creative skills including reviewing copy and visual/image selection
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Salesforce, Google/Adobe analytics is a must
