KPMG India is on the lookout to hire Talent Acquisition Professional for our risk advisory hiring team.

Location – Pune / Mumbai / Gurgaon

Designation – Executive / Senior Executive

Role & responsibilities –

• Identify and attract top talent in the risk advisory field through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in risk management recruitment.
• Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction.

What we need ?

• Grad/MBA with 2+ years of proven experience in recruiting/sourcing , preferably from consulting background . (Non tech )
• Solid stakeholder management skills .
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
