>>Work Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in monitoring or data analytics on development programs at the national level.

>>Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for development programs.
• Design data collection tools and methodologies to track program performance.
• Conduct regular data analysis to assess program impact and effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with program teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Provide training and support to staff on monitoring and evaluation processes.
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies.
• Identify and address any issues or challenges in program implementation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in monitoring and evaluation.

>>Preferred skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, Stata, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Knowledge of development programs and their evaluation.

>> Education Qualification

Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, MBA, or a related field from a reputed university or institute.
