Position 1 : Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Consultant

Requirements:

1. MBA / MTech or equivalent
2. Minimum of 12 years of work experience
3. Experience in financial modelling, feasibility assessment, and structuring of PPP projects.
4. Experience in engaging with concessionaires for at least 5 PPP projects, preferably for tourism or infrastructure sectors.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
6. Strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to be a team player.
7. Proficiency in quantitative technical analysis.
8. Advanced knowledge of PPP contractual structures and commercial principles.
9. Fluency in English, both written and spoken; fluency in Kannada is a plus.

Position 2 : Finance Consultant

Requirements:

1. MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent
2. Minimum of 8 years of work experience
3. At least 4 years’ experience in financial modelling
4. Experience of undertaking feasibility assessment for at least 5 infrastructure projects
5. Experience in undertaking financial analysis of at least 3 PPP projects.
6. Experience in financial modelling and feasibility assessment for Infrastructure / PPP projects.
7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
8. Strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to be a team player.
9. Proficiency in quantitative technical analysis.
10. Advanced knowledge of PPP contractual structures and commercial principles.
11. Experience with preparation of policy / vision / strategy is a plus.
12. Fluency in English, both written and spoken; fluency in Kannada is a plus.

Position 3 : Procurement Expert

Requirements:

Post Graduate Degree in Law / Engineering / Planning / Construction Technology / Construction Management / MBA or equivalent.

1. Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
2. At least 2 years of experience in providing consultancy services with Government clients (Government of India / State Governments / PSUs).
3. Should have undertaken Bid Process Management (BPM) services for at least 3 infrastructure Projects under PPP mode. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to be a team player.
5. Proficiency in quantitative technical analysis.
6. Advanced knowledge of PPP contractual structures and commercial principles.
7. Experience with preparation of policy / vision / strategy is a plus.
8. Fluency in English, both written and spoken; fluency in Kannada is a plus.
