Job Description

he KN Pharma Chain staff is responsible for the implementation, support & monitoring of KN Pharma Chain within their sphere of responsibility. As part of the (station) airfreight management team and in close collaboration with station pharma lead / National Pharma team, he/she ensures that all shipments within his/her control are in compliance with the KN PharmaChain product and all service related topics are resolved. In conjunction with QSHE he/she ensures that compliance to the current KN GXP standards are maintained (current version of MINZAGXP01 & P805)

Your Role

Your Responsibilities

• Follow appropriate Pharma working instructions for all Pharma shipments booked and handled
• Book shipments to the selected Pharma standard
• Advise customers at a shipment level of the most appropriate Pharma service level and describe to clients the detail of the service to be provided
• Clearly understand the Pharma support documentation (Carrier Assessments, Lane Risk Assessments and Working Instructions) required to deliver Pharma and how to use and follow them.
• Support customers by answering calls and requests associated with future bookings and in transit shipments
• Answer requests from the Care Team in order to ensure that the KN global Pharma shipment monitoring capability is delivered
• Ensure pharma warehouse handlers follow the instructions listed in MINZAGXP01 & P805
• Authorized to release Quarantine Cargo.
• Set auto-pre-alert to customer based on customer confirmation, and to monitor the shipments from origin to arrival or till consignee factory based on terms
• Set auto DSR for regular customer and ensure 100% customer support given
• Monthly and Quarterly business review with customer
• Cost Control to achieve 100% FSL
• Increase the profitability of the department / Cost Control
• Billing within 24 working hrs of Departure/Arrival (To door shipments: within 24 working hrs of delivery)
• FSL closure on daily / Weekly basis, review Old files and immediate closure
• Report the given RFC and push to achieve the Target
• Deliver KN PharmaChain minimum standards for every booked shipment
• Ensure all activities are completed in a manner which ensures that GXP compliance of team / station(s) is maintained
• Manage subcontracts within own sphere of influence
• Risk assessment user of KN Risk system and Pharma DMS (SOP Generator) user
• Lead / participate in investigate pharma shipment deviation and author / contribute to CAPA reports
• Keep up to date with KN global and country specific GXP standards and regulatory / requirements
• Support regional Pharma Competence managers through the communication of current issues and continuous improvement opportunities identified at station level.
• Communicate product development-, pricing-, contract-, etc changes to station teams
• Develop strong communication with Origin and pharma station leads
• Support sales initiatives / sales staff /in gaining or retaining pharma & healthcare clients
• Ensure timely response to both external and internal customer and keep CS induced complaints to a Minimum. All complaints have to be strictly recorded by TIP.
• Following Customer SOP & KPI
• Customer visits/engagements : Minimum 6 in a Quarter
• Audit Readiness
• Adherence to guidelines & working instructions
• Follow KN Standard guidelines/SOP/WI to achieve targets for DQ and Cargi iQ timely
• Issue invoices before or latest on dates specified internally as per SOP + KPI documents

Your Skills and Experiences

• 2-5yrs experience in the Air Logistics
• Excellent knowledge of pharma & healthcare supply chain needs
• Understanding of KN QSHE processes, requirements and formats
• Experience in Airfreight or freight forwarding
• Knowledge of government regulations in regards pharma transportation
• Positive Attitude
• Solution driven approach
