Full Job Description
Location- Golf Course
Package – 18k to 20k p.m.
Experience- 0-1 years (Fresher’s may apply)
Gender- Preferably Female candidates
Working Days – Mon-Fri
Timings- 10:15am – 6:30pm
Education- Graduate

Job Description –

Coordinate with Centre staff for providing operational support activities at the centre.
Making and sending reports on regular basis.
Responsible for maintaining records of Petty cash expenses incurred at the centre.
Maintain the stocks of Stationary and other office supplies.
Responsible for collection of tuition fees from the parents and following up of the outstanding tuition fees.
Handle all telephone enquiries. Greet parents / visitors courteously and attend to their queries.
Check incoming emails and respond to the same if required under the guidance of chief Instructor / Class Instructor.
Communicate and update parents through email and telephone as and when asked by the chief instructor / class Instructor.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and other similar activities for Class Instructor / Chief Instructor.
Sending the centre Newsletter to parents via email or hard copy.

Job Requirements –

Should have Bachelor’s degree.
Strong personal and communication skills both oral and written.
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Multi-tasking & Time management
Some work experience as a Front Office Representative or similar role will be great
