Your Role and Responsibilities
- BCP -DR Application Architecture
Your understanding customer IT-DR for On-Prime/Off-Prime/Hybrid Infrastructure for the application
Your understanding DR-DRILL Manual RUN-BOOK, to map them into kyndryl Resiliency Orchestration solution(Sanovi DRM solution).
- Content Maintenance
Perform updates, revisions
Materials subject to maintenance include : LLD,HDL, Solution Design/Approach document, Technical Reports , PPTs, FAQs, White papers, etc.
- Training
Develop Operational (or) technical training contents in the form of PPT presentations,
Demos and Webinars for the implementation landscape(customer environment).
Training audience will include Internal/Channel Partners/Customers.
- Education and Self Development
Continue to develop Subject Matter expertise through external and internal training and excel as a technical evangelist in the latest Disaster Recovery area of expertise.
- Customer Interaction –
Engage with kyndryl Sales/Presales when required and provide subject matter expertise/demo’s and participates in sessions with Executive briefing with the customer. This involves briefing and discussion at Executive level. Along with key responsibility of implementing product on-site at customer place coordinating with customer/customers-vendors/partners.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Application testing experience may be added advantage
Overall IT Infrastructure understanding is an added advantage
