The Role
Your Role :
As a Portfolio finance lead, you are responsible for revenue and cost for sets of account for FSS sector. Job requires working closely with FSS business leader as a trusted business advisor. This includes forecasting of revenue and cost and GP for QtQ and YtY, GP Margin improvement plans, variance analysis of movement of cost and revenue.
Cost control by having a sharp view of cost allocations from other functions, preparation of charts for management on InE view (Income and Expenditure view) on weekly basis. Submission of variance analysis for forecast Vs actuals during the month end close. Approving of cost for FSS accounts, Backlog certification and it run outs over period of contract, preparing budget for FSS sector in consultation with FSS leader.
As a team player, has to work with contract financial Analyst ’s to ensure billings to customer is as per billing schedule. Any contingency cost for account as approved as per cost case availability
Responsibilities:
General:
Providing financial, commercial and strategic support to the Business Unit Executive
Partner with Business team to achieve financial objectives – Signing, Revenue, Profit & Cash
Overseeing all aspects of financial control in the business which includes weekly and onthly forecast assessment month end closure, revenue and cost access.
Preparation of management information from source data – MIS reports, Signing reports, Elemental view and forecast review submissions and variance analysis
Preparing and publishing timely monthly business performance updates
Reconciliations of Key Accounts on a quarterly basis and support with Backlog certification
Support annual Fall plan submissions and budget submissions.
Signing, backlog, Revenue and Profit analysis. Preparing and publishing monthly business performance updates, Interlock with Operations team for Revenue forecast and assessment of costs.
ICA Set up and quarterly billing. Dormancy account review & consolidation of Certified Backlog.
Review of Head count requests
ITD GP v/s Signed GP Analysis
Financial Management
Establish Finance plan (Pricing case, forecast, Fall plan)
Support the account with financial package
Provide Financial business advice for customer claims and concessions
Support for contract termination financial impact
IPPF support in some markets
Financial Accounting
Ensure Revenue/cost match
Interlock with Accounting for contract treatment
Advise and support on GvN, PoC, T&T, ICA.
Process accordingly the entries into the ledger
Financial Analysis & Reporting
Month-end closing activities, daily assessments
Preparation of analysis on financial performance, Review troubled accounts
PRL or T&T budget vs. Actuals, B2B reconciliation (BC)
Balance sheet analysis (incl. impairment)
Revenue/cost bridges analysis
Financial Signings & Backlog
Backlog reconciliation, runout and certification
Signing validation and certification
Request for backlog adjustments, obtain CFO approval
Request SBLIW adjustments
Who You Are
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
Proficient finance & accounting.
7 to 10 experience Financial and Planning Analysis
Ability to pick up new areas and work
Problem solver and ability to work with cross-function teams.
Hand on experience in SAP S4/HANA and BW
Fluent in English
Advanced MS Excel Skills
Excellent Communication, Time player, Attention to details and Self-directed
B. Com/ M. Com/CA Inter/MBA Finance
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:
Advanced finance & accounting skills

Qualified CA/CPA/CFA
