Your Role and Responsibilities

IT Specialists in this specialty will have expertise in one or more networking system technology areas and Kyndryl Infrastructure Recovery Solutions. IT Specialists in this specialty work with Resiliency Services Infrastructure Recovery Services solutions and apply their technical skills to support the operation and maintenance of the solutions. Individuals who are part of support typically have responsibility for sizing, troubleshooting, and supporting critical client situations.

VMware SRM admin will provide technical support to implement VMware platform, vmware SRM/ DR and related products. He focuses on all aspects of disaster recovery including engineering, design, deploying, operating, and scaling a high-performance synchronize that provides world-class disaster recovery. The vmware Virtualization Engineer embraces the latest technologies in a hands-on role that also provides a unique opportunity to shape the future direction and design of our systems. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, is self-motivated, and has great communication skills.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Sound & clear understanding of key concepts / terminologies used in VMware virtualization platform

• Hands-On experience with deployment, administration and troubleshooting of below :1.VMware ESXi 6.5 / 7.X2.

• VMware VCenter 6.5 / 7.X3.VMware vRealize Automation (vRA)4.VMware

• vRealizeOperations (vROPS)5.VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM)

• Hands-On experience of patching and upgrading the versions of above mentioned technologies using VMware management tools e.g.

• VMware Update Manager.Manages the implementation, design and communication aspects of business continuity and disaster recovery program across the

• enterprise.Ensures we have the proper processes and procedures in place to secure our Disaster Recovery program.Ability to conduct risk analysis to identify critical applications, operations and systems that are fundamental to ensure consistent business operations in the event of a disaster

• Managers the quarterly review of DR documentation (run books, recovery plans
