Your Role and Responsibilities
• Governs the Steady state ITIL and /or any other IT processes of all domestic enterprise accounts Pan India
• Understands and implements gap analysis wrt procedures
• End to end handling of IT Process Transition / Transformation / Projects across India
• Rollouts of ITIL and /or any other IT processes in new setups and accounts
• Manages cultural changes and facilitates operating environment changes
• Facilitation/coordination/enhancements of all process reviews of all competencies within Kyndryl and with clients.
• ISM Tool Deployment – Mapping with ITIL processes
• Identifying exceptions and deviations, as well as management of these situations
• Process improvement – SIP / CIP
• Act as focal point for process management, communicate with clients, service providers, and management
• Client Relationship Management / Organization Stakeholder Management
• Facilitate resolution of issues with elements not complying with the process
• Following defined escalation path when needed, as defined in the escalation policy
• Performing day to day process compliance management
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Service Management Integration and Management
• ITIL Process deployment / creation / audit
• Process Governance / Analysis experience
• Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and verbal.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong emphasis on the attention to detail
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Good working knowledge and experience of other word processing, spreadsheet packages and presentation software, e.g. MS office
• Service Management knowledge/ skill as per ITIL model.
• ITIL certification & understanding is a must.
• Project /program management
• General Understanding / Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Environment (Preferred: Additional understanding of Cloud Terminologies)
