Your Role and Responsibilities

• Provides in-depth knowledge, understanding and hands on experience with SCCM.

• Preforms auditing of hardware/software inventory on a regular basis.

• Recommends and implements policies and standards and ensure adherence to security procedures.

• Provides mentoring and coaching to junior team members.

• Writes and maintains procedural and design documentation.

• Analyse, optimize, and integrate applications and services as pertinent to SCCM feature/functions.

• Provides technical leadership to project teams.

• Provides expertise for other core Microsoft systems & enterprise infrastructure technologies.

• Has the ability to prioritize and plan.

• Leads research for and develop new technology, tools, and scripts.

• MECM/SCCM maintenance, ongoing support, training, configuration, troubleshooting and all tasks to do with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.

• Create, modify and delete login scripts, user groups, users and user properties, network shares, Server login issue.

• Restore server operating system in the event of a crash.

• Resolve server problems like system hang, hard disk crash.

• Security knowledge like vulnerabilities scan, patching, antivirus.

• Configure and maintain print servers and print queues.

• Daily administration, documentation, & operation of physical and virtual server infrastructure environments.

• PowerShell scripting for the automation.

• Implement, update, and maintain enterprise-level configuration management (SCCM / Intune).

• Create and maintain global images on OSD / Autopilot (drivers, task sequences).

• Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting.

• Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to ensure efficient operation of the company’s desktop/mobility environment.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology related field, or documented equivalent experience.

• Extensive knowledge and/or prior experience with standard software package and patch deployment methodologies, under standard change control processes within large size corporations.

• Prior experience providing training and mentoring to a team of IT and business professionals.

• Thorough understanding of Active Directory; including replication, GPO, and DNS.

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft SCCM.

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking for LAN and WAN.

• Able to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing SCCM and Performing deployment, software package, Patch Management.

• Microsoft Enterprise Administrator Expert certification, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Very good Interpersonal and communication skills and client facing acumen is a must.

• Azure Migration, ASR.

• Microsoft SCCM, SCOM.

• Any VDI technology, Azure Virtual Desktop.

• Microsoft Remote Desktop Services.

• Responsible for all Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting.

• Participating in testing and successful deployment of applications.

• Will be working with Application deployment using APPV Management along with administration and migration.

• Creating and maintaining documents for Deployment/ Packaging.

• Resolving technical issues of the project and exploring alternate designs.

• Knowledge on Installation, Configuration & troubleshooting of all MS windows Server operating systems.

• Knowledge in server hardening and policy compliance management.

• Strong understanding of WINS, DNS, DHCP, AD, & GPO.

• Monitor servers’ parameters, system performance & Critical Services using the available toolset.

• Ensure availability and performance of the server infrastructure systems.
