Your Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for monitoring, controlling and operating complex computer systems, networks, applications distributed systems in a multi vendor environment. They are also responsible for analyzing first level problems for all systems (according to the service agreements), resolving and routing as appropriate, supporting the Systems Management Processes specific to their client requirements, performing I/O (tape and print) duties where appropriate, and adhering to application management processes used by application operations

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Application operators support the execution of a series of jobs in a set or “batch” rather than a single input on Distributed Systems. As the applications also require high availability, close monitoring and focus is required with aggressive follow-up and interactions with clients and internal teams to close any issue. It also requires some amount of configuration of various workflows.Unified Systems Operator-Enterprise Operations

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

These operators have fundamental technical knowledge of the supported operating systems, applied monitoring, and an understanding of the client’s basic enterprise architecture. The role will be knowledgeable about traditional workload and cloud based workload to support client needs where ever they are required by contract
