Full Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION :
Installing Configuring and Managing DOMAIN
Troubleshooting Hardware & Operating System issues
Active Directory User account maintenance & User Permission
Data Security
File and Folder share & NTFS permissions
Troubleshooting issues related to Wireless and data networks like (LAN/WAN)
Windows Administration
Group Policies monitoring
Firewall maintenance & Updating
IIS maintenance & Updating
FTP Accounts maintenance
MS Outlook and good knowledge on Word and Excel
Proficient in Microsoft 365, Azure or AWS
Proven experience as a team lead, supervisor or management duties
Ability to Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft servers and other Microsoft products
Provide remote assistance and support to IT staff end-users
Coordinate with business units and IT staff regarding upgrades and, or implementation of
new technologies/services as well as procurement of hardware and software

Determine infrastructure system specifications for hardware/software compatibility, in close
collaboration with other teams

Perform troubleshooting for security incidents that require software and network analysis, in
close collaboration with other teams

Prepare SOPs, planning documents; develop metrics based on set SLAs.

Essential
