Job Description

As Kyndryl Application developer SNOW Looking for talented and passionate engineers to join our team and drive the development of that powers Hybrid Cloud solutions for enterprises. The job involves working with a global team of engineers and other functions such as Product Management and Delivery to design and develop advanced capabilities applying state of the art and cutting edge technologies. You will work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules. Your success will be characterized by the quality of your contributions, the impact you make through technical leadership and innovation and the increased satisfaction you deliver to our clients. You should be passionate about technology, a team player, and self-driven. Responsible for coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes in the application. The ServiceNow SME will be responsible for core system configuration.
Implementation of ServiceNow
Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and Configure Workflow
Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests
Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions
Ensure the latest release of ServiceNow application is implemented in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption to IT operations
Maintenance and continuous improvement of the processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools
Ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place to have a development/production environment that is reliable and reproducible
Ensure tool configuration consistency across development, QA, and production environments
Participate in ongoing production support and end user support.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 7 years of overall IT experience with relevant experience of 4 years in IT architecture
In-depth understanding of and experience working with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog)
Hands-on experience in implementing, configuring and customizing Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.)
Ability Demonstrate knowledge of JavaScripts
Proficient in integration of disparate systems using SOAP and REST APIs along with scripted Webservices
Working knowledge of Mid-Server Configuration to facilitate REST calls CMDB configuration and integration
Proven experience in custom application development along with client Side and server-side scripting along with flow designer
Expertise in developing workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions and catalog
In-depth knowledge of UI design and strong UI programming skills along with Service Portal configuration and Reporting and Analytics
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Preferred knowledge of CMDB and Domain Separation
Servicenow Admin Certification / Servicenow Implementation Certification preferred
