- Procurement of OEM & non OEM material /services, Spares, consumables, Annual rate contracts (ARC’s) , Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC’s). Safety item, Admin items, Civil Contracts, Production, Electrical, instrumentation material /services etc.
- Coordination with site and HO.
- Understanding of technical specifications and commercial terms and conditions.
- Review of PR,
- Floating of RFQ’s
- Preparation of techno_ commercial comparatives.
- Negotiation and cost saving.
- Finalization of commercial terms and conditions.
- Approval Note preparation .
- Preparation of purchase / service orders.
- Follow up for material delivery /service executions.
- Responsible for post order activities.
- Processing Payment of supplier /contractors.
- Handling BG’s EMD’s etc
- Handling Procurement audits and CAPA’s.
- Experience of SAP MM Module / SAP Ariba/ Auctions
- MIS Preparations & presentation.
- Vendor Satisfaction Survey / Vendor Performance Evaluation
- Vendor Development & Vendor registration
- Experience of material and service procurement of O&M plants and project procurement.
- Supply Chain Management
- Inventory control
- Co-ordinating with store /other departments for managing inventory and timely issuance of GRN, SEN for smooth invoicing activity
- Process improvement.
- Important procurement and custom clearance.
- Active participation in various management initiatives.
- Vendor Invoice Processing / client invoice processing.
- Learning and self development.
