Each of these functions will be given a Leads, Walkins and Revenue Target. we will need to drive it.
Booked and Employee Base will be divided among the team.
Each manager needs to own the base and do callings and meetings to generate Self sourced leads.
50 connects / 5 Meetings daily .
Loyalty Sales managers will be based out of sales office where the launch is going on or where the most potential is there.
In Launch full team will be based out of launch site.
During Sustenance 1 member each at 4 active sustenace sites.
Willingness to travel is a must.
They will need to ensure that each and every Booked client and employee is aware of the benefits .
Mailers , whatsapp campaigns to be done for the base.
