This platform is essentially a digital marketplace for SME buyers and sellers (mainly focused on construction and industrial products & services) to connect in an efficient manner, thereby enabling sellers to expand their sales reach, and for buyers to find required products and services at optimal cost and quality.

- Role: Individual Contributor (pls note team will be assigned in few months)
Job Responsibilities
- Managing Customer Query within TAT
- Order Management and ensuring seller payout
- Managing Disputes and ensuring resolution is provided within TAT
- Providing Customer Insights for platform update or process improvement
- Internal Stakeholder management
- MIS & Reporting as required by Management.
