• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• keeping track of important project documents like project drawing submission, client response, internal workflow etc. (Through specialized L&T SW tool),
• Organizing, attending, and participating in internal meetings.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Monthly reports, weekly reports based on the MHs with respect to SLA & project progress.
• Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis as per the top-level management
• Analysing financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
• Preparing various PowerPoint presentation (with graphical, charts) and submit the same to the Top-level management
• Keep on update in cost saving in all over process by using data analysis with past projects data.

Must Have: (Mandatory) – Skills Required

• Advance MS Excel : Shall be an advanced user (Graphs, Pivot Tables, Lookup techniques, Graphs & Charts, Functions, Formula’s, Data validation, Advanced Excel List)
• Power Point presentation – Shall be able to make the Slides with icons, animations, links etc.,
• MS Word skills – Shall have the basic skills
• MS Outlook – Shall have advanced skills
• Google Forms – Shall be able to create Surveys and report
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good Communication Skills.

Good To Have Skills

Basics use of Power BI (Desktop Version), Macros, VBA, SQL, Dashboard Creations, Planning tools like primavera, MS project etc.
