  • ) Guide development of standardized processes for Integrated Project Planning
  • ) Manage a team of Project Planners for development of standard project schedules, WBS structures and progress tracking templates
  • ) Provide inputs for creating/ updating policies and procedures pertaining to resource planning and project monitoring
  • ) Regular review of MIS & Dashboard
  • ) Periodic review of progress project and highlighting of key areas of concern
  • ) Ensure document management for the project
  • ) Ensure capturing of best practices across projects and knowledge sharing across projects
  • ) Monitor project progress and ensure development of catch-up plan if required
