  • To resolve EC module SSC Helpdesk L1 Tickets raised within the SLA Period.
  • To support the Employee Central Module along with Benefits, eResignation and other related areas wrt Data Maintenance, Query resolution, Bug fixes, how to queries, Data upload support, etc.
  • To troubleshoot day-to-day issues with support of the technical team
  • Creating multiple test scenarios, testing, getting the logics corrected / retesting, preparing UAT document & planning communication to ICs
  • To prepare proper documentation of each & every process configured in the system.
  • To train & Support team members /HR users for training & hands on guidance on SF.
  • To prepare reports & discuss day to day tasks with the immediate supervisor
  • Preparation of Monthly MIS for submission to SPOC for various reporting.
  • Testing, UAT creation and documents maintenance like SOP’s, User Manuals, etc,.
