About the Role

We are looking for a part-time Bookkeeper who will support our Account Manager with QuickBooks and other tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support Accounting Manager in day-to-day accounting operations
• Input processed invoices into QuickBooks
• Assist with accounting records, ledgers by reconciling monthly statements

• Assist with month end and year end accounting functions
• Assist with payroll as needed
• Respond to and resolve queries
• Additional tasks assigned by the Accounts Manager

Desired Skills, Qualifications, Experience

• QuickBooks experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Must own a computer, and have a reliable internet connection
• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Ability to work independently and availability
• Exceptional attention to detail
• High School diploma

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting
• Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) certification
• Candidates with a successful track record in a similar position

Compensation: Competitive with a potential annual bonus of up to 25%. Our compensation package does not include health insurance benefits at this time.
