Law In Order Hiring for Senior Accounts Payable Officer at Hyderābād Full Time

• Primary Responsibilities

• The primary responsibility of this role will be attending to the following tasks and any additional adhoc requests that the Finance Team and Business may have;
• Tracking all payments, purchase orders, invoices etc. in the Accounts Payable inbox thru to Approval in Concur
• Supplier Statement monthly reconciliations
• Contact Suppliers regularly by phone to ensure timely issuance of Invoices and Statements
• Maintaining accurate records in Concur, Pronto and Sharepoint
• Responding to all vendor enquiries
• Preparing analyses of spend by Supplier, by service line, each month
• Continuous improvement of AP
• Implement Procurement Process
• Be willing to take on 1 direct report after 6 months
• Role Requirements
• Minimum 7 years knowledge in an Accounts Payable
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Advance skills in MS Excel
• High level attention to detail
• Strong AP knowledge
• End of Month Close Process
• Must meet transactional and reporting deadlines in a timely manner
• Experience dealing with Senior Management
• Ability to assist with other Finance tasks as requested
