Salary: INR 2,40,000 – 3,00,000 per annum (OR INR 20,000 – 25,000 per month)

Your daily adventures will include:

• Ideating and creating high-quality content across Social Media platforms Especially LinkedIn.
• Preparing the script and eye-catchy creatives suitable for each client’s post.
• Generating, researching and pitching social media strategies to achieve marketing targets and taking ownership on end-to-end execution.
• Engagement with micro influencers, influencers on social media and people who interact on posts.
• Creating message templates to target prospects on LinkedIn.
• Building Lead magnets: Email campaigns, newsletters, etc.
• Work closely with the core team, bring up new ideas and regular interaction with the founder.

Must-have:

• Good understanding of the dynamics of LinkedIn (what works and what doesn’t).
• Understanding the virality of posts on LinkedIn (Hook, story, authenticity, details, information and call-to-actions).
• Basic know-how of video editing and photo editing tools (canva).
• Keen sense of storytelling (what makes a story interesting from the audience’s perspective).
• Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences.
• Stellar writing skills and sense of conveying more in less words.
• Curious mindset to understand the structure/reason behind virality of posts on LinkedIn and give suggestions.
• Self-learning and self-initiating attitude.
