Leapwork Looking For Operations Analyst at Gurugram, Haryana, Full Time

Who are we looking for?

This role requires an individual with excellent operational, research, communication skills alongside an outstanding business acumen. The successful candidate should be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

The individual will also participate in efforts to define processes and be responsible for delivering necessary results to support the business and dynamic operational requirements from multiple stakeholders. He/she will interface with the various internal teams in a highly agile environment. This position requires a proactive, highly motivated individual with an aptitude for solving problems and questioning the status quo.

As an Operations Analyst, you will

• Run various customer engaging process like sales cycles, contract management, certifications and license management.
• Work directly Global Senior Leadership and stakeholders from Finance, Legal and Customer Experience Teams
• Maintain commercial documents and customer relationship data in tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Zendesk and Confluence.
• Respond to client emails, working with customer success and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues and work with legal to update contracts.
• Work together with legal and finance teams to maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure smooth operation of sales cycle.
• Work closely with Sales team and help prepare contracts using contract automation tools like Juro etc and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate reports on licenses issued and deals closed for internal audit purposes.

Professional Skills

• 2+ years of proven, relevant sales/support experience.
• Must be an expert in communicating effectively and authoritatively.
• Must be self-driven and be capable of working independently.
• Experience in educating and selling into customers’ organizations and have the ability to navigate to reach and influence key decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge in MS Excel and Power BI would be a plus.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
