The LEGO Group has the ambition of reaching more children across the world to deliver the playful learning experience of LEGO bricks, and developing children to think creatively and systematically. Geographic expansion is one of the key strategic pillars of the company in the coming years.
BU India started in 2020 and is reporting to the APAC Market Group, headquartered in Singapore. Despite the Pandemic challenges, we have been able to deliver YoY growth in the market in the past few years. The LEGO brand presence and brand penetration in India is still at an initial stage compared to the immense market potential of India and the expected toy category growth, so we are gearing towards overproportionate growth in the years to come. This also means a very high focus on the development in India from our global top management.
The Key Account Manager – General Trade & e-B2B will get the opportunity of working in a new, small, dynamic organization – securing world class implementation of Sales/Marketing plans and campaigns and also and learn how to work with a great number of people – internally and externally.
