Job Description:
Responsible for following processes and ensuring the data entered into the systems are accurate and timely and that SLAs are met.
Identifies and resolves light and moderate complex production related errors in Apex Portal, EBX and SAP.
Takes the time to understand and then can clearly communicate data quality issues specific for the data domain.
To analyze the portal for new suppliers that are in a specific state and update working documents.

Qualifications:
2 to 4 years of data maintenance or a degree in a Data Management related field, IT or Business-related field.
2 years of process improvement and/or accounts payable
Passion for quality data. Asks the question why.
SAP Vendor domain knowledge
Results oriented and a self-starter.
Experience in data processing, quality assurance and process improvement.
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication (verbal and written).
Ability to work under general direction on multiple tasks with competing timelines.
Intermediate knowledge of SAP (specifically the Vendor domain)
Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel (VLOOKUP function required)
Working knowledge of SharePoint and TEAMS
Must be a team player
