JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Exposure to Opentext products namely Extended ECM and Extended ECM for SAP. Added advantage, if awareness in few other additional OpenText products such as Intelligent Capture and Infoarchive solution
• Identify and design areas where customizations to OpenText ECM for SAP are needed
• Lead configuration design and strategy sessions applying OpenText extended ECM for SAPsolutions and expertise to produce sound solutions for internal stakeholders
• Document business processes and results of business analysis into configuration design specifications
• Lead configuration and customization efforts
• Lead configuration review sessions to verify that all configuration requirements and specifications are valid and functioning as designed within the application
• Support application configuration test and quality assurance efforts
• Support design and development of data migration and system integration activities

SKILLS:

• Strong Opentext product knowledge, with at least three or more years of implementation experience
• Must be a team player, must be able to work with colleagues globally in a diverse environment, with good upward and downward management skills
• Strong IT skills – general computing and office software skills, networking knowledge, security, familiarity with mobile frameworks and web frameworks
• Some experience with cloud solutions, DevOps models, ITIL and project management
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
