Lightomated Commercial – Leading Audio-visuals consultancy as well as system Integration company delivering a wide scope of installations from high-end Audio / Visual Integrations, Lighting control, video collaborations and end-to-end automation systems.
Role Overview
· Perform verification and reconciliation of accounts.
· Process and reconcile transactions of complex nature.
· Maintain appropriate files, reports, documentation and data.
· Reconcile accounts receivable records with sales invoices.
· Maintain regular contacts with internal and external customers.
· Reconcile and verify bank deposits and payments.
· Adhere to corporate standards and procedures in reconciliation clerical activities.
· Make all cheque payments, cash payments and Journal Vouchers with proper and detailed explanation.
· Month end closure of accounts including preparation of journal entries, Debit notes, Credit notes, Receipt and Payment entries, account reconciliations and variance analysis.
· Reconciliation of bank, credit card and line of credit accounts every week, investigating and resolving discrepancies to keep accounts audit-ready and for financial reporting.
· Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
· Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
· Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
· Audit financial transactions and documents.
· Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
· Comply with financial policies and regulations
Preparation of MIS
Key Skills
·3+ years of experience is mandatory.
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
· Good Communication skill

Salary: ₹350,000.00 – ₹470,000.00 per year
