Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Female Patient Executives and Telecaller to join our hospital . Candidate will be responsible for managing patients OPD, generating leads and booking appointments of patients, handling patient queries online and via telephonic conversation. Candidates need to make a call to patients for appointments. take care of leads generated through marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Actively reach out to potential patients through outbound calls, identifying and qualifying leads.
• Patient Counselling: Counselling patients regarding treatment and other related information.
• Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule consultations and appointments with prospective patients.
• Patient Relationship Building: Establish rapport with potential patients and address their queries and concerns.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in our CRM system and hospital information system.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our latest treatments, packages, and promotions to provide accurate information to patients.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with degree in clinical psychology or Counseling psychology will be a plus
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
• Proven experience in patient handling, preferably in the healthcare or clinical setup.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Should be expert with computers with proficiency in MS Office and other tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and a passion for achieving goals.
• Prior experience in patient counselling, patient co ordination and tele calling is a big plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?108,000.00 – ?150,000.00 per year

• Kankarbagh, Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
