Project Coordinator will support the project management and manage administrative and operational elements of projects to assure smooth projects flow as well as successful and timely comletion.
Person on this position will also manage regular production steps on various accounts independently, ensure high satisfaction of internal stakeholders while meeting company financial goals.
Project Coordinator will be working in close and direct cooperation with Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and Team Leaders.
Requirements:
Ability to learn quickly;
Able to grasp new technologies and programs quickly, technical intuition;
Advanced English language skills – must ;
Min. 1 year of experience of Project Coordinator’s or similar position ;
Very good communication and time management skills;
Independence and responsibility for the entrusted tasks;
Proactivity and the ability to easily cooperate with other people (Team members, Managers, Vendors);
College degree or similar in relevant field.
Responsibilities:
Works on projects of limited complexity or in a support role;
Planning and coordination of projects independently or in cooperation with PMs;
Ensuring timely delivery as per customer and internal quality and timeline requirements;
Emphasis is on learning key aspects of the job;
Close supervision by more senior team members;
Performing other tasks which are crucial for projects to run properly according to instructions of the manager; in particular timely performance of duties defined for other positions.
