[Mandatory] An 1-2 years Experience resource with having Good knowledge in .Net with C-Sharp and implemented OOPS concepts in Win forms applications.

[Mandatory] Experience in Web services & WCF

[Mandatory] Experience in XML.

[Mandatory] Experience with Unit Test / System Test Development

[Advantage] Experience with Agile software development

[Nice to have] The Resource would be required to talk to Client directly, understanding their issues and thereon provide solutions within the stipulated time.

[Mandatory] The Resource should gel with the team mates and work together as a team.
