Job purpose

We are currently hiring an Admin professional to join our team and be responsible for facilitating relationships with employees for a smooth and trouble-free operation in our Manufacturing Setup at Devanahalli with the aim of building a positive and engaged work environment.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Min 5+ years related experience.
Prior experienced in Manufacturing Setup in administration & Facility.
Exposure in a unionised atmosphere will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
Fair knowledge of HR policies & procedures in Factory Environment
Good knowledge in budgeting & handling facility Management like,
Property & Space management
IT & Communications infrastructure
Building maintenance
Building administration
Contract management
EHS (environment, health, safety)
Security, Contract Labour & Factory Compliances
Facility Maintenance planning
Canteen, Employee Transportation,
Strong problem solving, negotiation & influencing skills
Key Job Responsibilities:
Oversees building and grounds maintenance.
Plan for the optimization of Labour in strategizing production schedules with proper planning(in Coordination with HRD).
Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly(in Coordination with EHS).
Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures.
Oversees and supervises the quality of work for other(Contractual) employee to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
Manages and reviews service contracts and documents regular facilities inspections, Checks completed work by vendors and contractors.
Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications (in Coordination with Maintenance Dept).
Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees & also will be responsible for all the Safety and Environment related issues of the Plant in line with EHS personal.
Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility management.
Setting up planning activities for achieving higher productivity with minimum downtime.
Plan for the Admin budget for the Plant with Plant/Factory Manager.
Should liaise with Finance & Accounts, Purchase and Logistics, sales, and HR for optimization of all the activities of production keeping the cost factor at the minimum on a continuous basis.
Documents and tracks manpower by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Handling Facility/Admin complaints and facilitating.
