Lotus Dairy Products Pvt Ltd Hiring for Dispatch Manager at Jaipur Full Time

• Daily load Planning – Maximize capacity utilization of vehicles.
• Coordinate with sales team & production deptt to draw up the demand documentation for dispatch planning and execution.
• To track segment-wise Dispatch against orders & coordinate with Planning for any corrective actions,Vehicle Placement
• Ensure to build relationship with the transporters and new transport vendor creation
• Manage the dispatch team for 100% supply on time and Assist to dispatch supervisors for Hygiene of Warehouse and Truck before dispatch.
• FIFO Adherence/Loading discrepancy minimization.
• Monitoring gap between invoicing to gate out.
• Ensure required vehicle condition from plant to delivery location
• MIS(Daily/Monthly), preparing MIS related to dispatch, crates availability etc
• Transporter performance evaluation.
• Transport bill passing duly checking freight, unloading charges etc
• Zero rejection due to vehicle condition, Cost saving on account of transportation
• Stock and Inventory taking
• To ensure the materials are packed as per the defined packaging standard
• Follow-up for the vehicles for finding out their current location and to ensure that material reaches customer at the earliest.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
