M Inc Hiring for Accounting and Finance Manager at Remote Full Time

An international company is seeking an experienced accounting and finance associate. The accounting and finance manager will be responsible for payroll, end-of-month closing, organizing and planning financial audits, evaluating the reporting systems and developing new ones, creating and implementing financial procedures in finance and accounting departments and other related duties as assigned. The associate will work closely with and report to the director.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies for finance and accounting departments.
• Verify systems and processes in place and make changes whenever necessary.
• Manage, direct, and control daily processes.
• Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets.
• Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed.
• Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows).
• Assist in preparing year-end books for audit.
• Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities.
• Manage supplier payments and customer payments.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule.
• Process payroll and report payroll taxes for the organization.
• Perform other financial management duties as requested.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Five (5) years finance and accounting experience.
• Expertise in Excel and Accounting Package.
• Outstanding client service, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively internally and with suppliers/customers.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Work from Home (Remotely), should have own computer, high speed internet connection and appropriate work space

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
