Has responsibility for Documentation processes. Delivers as per the
agreed Client SLA’s and department objectives. Leads and
develops/coaches a documentation team. Apart from Process Experts and
Specialists, the team may also consist of Team Leads handling smaller
teams.

accountabilities:
Independently running export/import Doc team.
Accounting for TM’s performance and development of team members.
Continuous improvement.
Identifying process improvements and driving local improvement
projects/passing on efficiency to the stakeholders.
Working with the Transition team for new migrations.
Sound business knowledge.
Taking lead on regular engagement calls.
