Account Manager – Hyderabad

• Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.

• Take care of Content calendar * Identifying industry trends.

• Building relationships with media partners based on trust and respect.

• Communicating with media partners to understand their needs and explain product value.

• Work with media partners on executing digital/ offline marketing plans and campaigns.

• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate media partners need fulfilment.

• Market our Company’s courses and events.

• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.

• Collecting and analysing data to learn more about consumer behavior.

• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.

• Focus on improving the buyer experience.

What we are looking for

• Graduate/ MBA/ PGDM in relevant field.

• 5 to 8 years of experience in relevant field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong language skill – English and Telugu

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
